However, if you wait until you feel fully prepared, you may end up waiting until nothing feels threatening at all.

Is this delay protecting progress, or is it protecting comfort?
Once you answer that, the next step becomes obvious.
Choose one small action today that disrupts your routine… not because you feel ready, but because you are willing to feel stretched. Maybe it’s sending that email, starting that sketch, or simply saying yes when you’d usually say no.
