I, personally, love the art of calligraphy even though my handwriting is far far far away from being as harmonious as the fonts below.
In case you want new calligraphy fonts for your personal blog or everything that is for personal use only, I made a list with 10 new free calligraphy fonts for you.
Probably my favorites sites to download free calligraphy fonts are Creative Fabrica and dafont.com. Besides calligraphy fonts, they have handwritten fonts, brush fonts and ohhh my so many various Holiday fonts. You will love them too.
As you already know, dafont.com has a huge collection of free fonts. You can browse by alphabetical listing, by style, by author or by popularity. You can also type your text and preview it.
Because free fonts are usually overused, one of the advantages of buying fonts is that you won’t find those fonts everywhere.*
Another advantage to buying fonts is that you usually get the entire alphabet, plus symbols and glyphs. You will also get the entire font family so different font weights and maybe italics. You might also get another typeface that matches the one you’ve purchased.*
Commercial license is used for:*
- company logo or for promotional or marketing products (business cards, flyers)
- product you want to sell
- blog that brings you an income
You won’t need a commercial license if you are using the for:

Does commercial use mean if you are using the fonts to sell a product? Or does use for Branding in your Business count as Commercial use as well?

Yes, the commercial licenses allows you to sell your own products that are created using the font. Or anywhere you use the font and you have a financial gain or other consideration.
Using the font for branding and promoting your business does count as commercial.

Yes, you can download them for free from dafont.com For example: Cartier Font – on my blog click the name Cartier and a tab with Cartier Font opens. There, below the red line on the right, click download. Comes in ZIP file so you have to extract it and install it. Have a great day! xxAve
