Here are five harmful habits that affect your skin:
1. You don’t cleanse before bed

Ahh…when you get home the only thing you want to do is to throw away your shoes as fast as you can and hug your beloved bed…yees. Small baskets, irritations, redness, that’s how your skin will look in the next morning if you skip your night-time cleanse. So, before you go to the bed just allocate 2 minutes and create a routine to get off your makeup. You can use cleansing tissues or micellar water.
2. You do not change your cosmetics often
Our skin becomes immune to the effects of some creams if we apply them for a long period of time and over time the needs of your skin are changing. Therefore to successfully cope with climate changes brought every season we must replace the moisturizing cream in winter with a soft cream during the summer.
3. You use too many makeup products
It is very important to let your skin breathe from time to time. During summer it’s recommended to use only 3 to 4 makeup products. You’ll be astonished how fresh your skin can look only with BB cream, a lipstick and some mascara.
4. You do not use sunscreen products
“UV light leads to both premature aging and skin cancers,” Zeichner says. (webmd.com)
A nice vacay glowy tan, we all love that. Premature wrinkles, brown spots or even skin cancer we can get if we skip using sunscreen products. We must use sunscreen products every day to avoid these negative UVA rays. Try to use an SFP30+/SFP 50+ cream.
5. You do not get enough sleep
Without a restful night’s sleep, you’re not giving your body and skin cells the opportunity to renew and recover as they should, which can impact the appearance of your complexion, leaving it looking dull and lifeless. (beautycrew.com.au). Therefore, you have to respect the 7-8 hours of sleep per night.
As it is for me, I am guilty of not always using sunscreen products.
